1. Creating a Business
Start by creating your first business.
2. Subscribing to a Plan
After creating your business, subscribe to one of the available plans.
3. Creating Workspace
After subscribing, create a Workspace for your business.

Important Notes
Workspace Subdomain: Cannot be changed after creation. Choose carefully as it becomes part of your Workspace URL.
HmacSecret: Save it securely. You'll need it to connect applications and verify Webhooks. If lost, regenerate it (this will break existing integrations).
API Credentials: Keep all API credentials (WhatsApp, Salla) secure. Never share them publicly. Rotate them regularly for security.
Multiple Stores: You can connect multiple stores if your plan supports it. Each store is managed independently.

- You're subscribed to an active plan
- Subdomain is not in use
- All fields are filled correctly

- WhatsApp Business Account is active
Issue: Cannot Connect Salla Store
Solution: Ensure:
- API credentials are correct
- Store ID is correct
- Your Salla account has API permissions
