Creating a Business

Creating a Business

After logging in, the first step is to create your business.

A business is the core environment for managing your operations. You can create multiple businesses based on your plan.

1. Accessing the Create Business Page

From Main Dashboard

  1. After logging in, you'll be redirected to the main dashboard
  2. Click the "Create Business" or "Add New Business" button

Alternative: You can contact us via WhatsApp for help creating your business.

From Menu

  1. Click the menu icon
  2. Select "Create Business" or "New Business"
  3. You'll be redirected to the create business page

2. Entering Business Information

Fill in the following information in the form:

Business Name

  • Official Name: The full name of your business
  • Required: Yes
  • Example: "E-commerce Company Limited"

Important: This name will be used in:

  • Invoices and official documents
  • Customer communications
  • Legal documents

Business Type

Select your business type from the list:

  • E-commerce: For online stores
  • Services: For service companies
  • Retail: For traditional stores
  • Other: For other business types

Phone Number

  • Primary Contact: Main phone number
  • Format: Must be in international format (e.g., +96650000000)
  • Required: Yes

Tip: Use an active phone number that's easily accessible.

Address

  • Complete Address: Full business address
  • Includes: Street, City, Country, Postal Code
  • Required: Yes

Description

  • Brief Description: Description of your business
  • Required: No (optional)
  • Maximum: 500 characters

Tip: Add a clear description that helps identify your business.

3. Saving the Business

After entering all information:

Step 1: Review Information

  1. Review all entered information
  2. Ensure it's accurate and correct
  3. Check for any spelling errors

Step 2: Save

  1. Click the "Save" or "Create" button
  2. Wait for the business to be created
  3. You'll be automatically redirected to the business settings page

Congratulations! Your business has been created successfully. You can now proceed to the next step.

After successfully creating your business:
