Connecting Salla Store

The final step is to connect your Salla e-commerce store to sync products, orders, and customer data.

Connecting your Salla store allows you to manage orders, products, and customers directly from the platform.

Prerequisites

Before connecting Salla, ensure you have:

  • ✅ Active Salla Store (paid or trial)
  • ✅ Salla API Access enabled
  • ✅ API Credentials from Salla dashboard
  • ✅ Store Admin Access

1. Accessing Stores Page

From Dashboard

  1. From the business page, navigate to "Stores" or "Integrations" → "Stores"
  2. You'll see:
    • List of connected stores (if any)
    • Quick statistics:
      • Total stores
      • Active stores
      • Orders today
      • Revenue
  3. Click "Connect New Store" or "Add Store"

2. Connecting Salla Store

Step 1: Select Platform

  1. Click "Connect New Store"
  2. Select "Salla" from the list of available platforms
  3. You'll see Salla-specific connection instructions

3. Managing Connected Stores

After connecting, you can manage your store:

View Store Details

  • Store Information: Name, platform, status
  • Connection Status: Active/Inactive/Error
  • Last Sync: Last successful data synchronization
  • Statistics: Orders, products, revenue

  • Sync Now: Manually trigger data synchronization
  • Update Credentials: Update API credentials if expired
  • Test Connection: Verify store connection
  • Disconnect: Remove store connection

4. Automatic Synchronization

Once connected, the system automatically syncs:

  • Products: Every 15 minutes
  • Orders: Real-time via webhooks
  • Customers: When orders are placed
  • Inventory: Every 30 minutes

Sync Frequency: Automatic sync intervals can be adjusted in store settings. Manual sync is always available.
