Contact Detail
Open a single contact to review profile data, tags, identities, stats, and related conversations.
Screen source: Contacts list → contact detail page (overview, tags, conversations).

What you can do
- Review contact info and summary stats
- Manage tags on the contact
- Review identities / channel identifiers when shown
- Open related conversations and jump into the inbox
- Edit the contact from the detail header / actions
Open a contact
- Go to Contacts → Contacts tab
- Search or filter the list
- Open a contact row
- Use the overview tab first, then tags / conversations as needed
Typical actions
- Update phone, name, or custom fields via edit
- Add tags for later campaign or inbox filtering
- Open a linked conversation in Unified Chat or classic Chat
- Return to the list to continue bulk work or import
