Payment Process

This guide walks you through the complete payment process for subscribing to a plan.

Accessing Payment Page

From Pricing Page

1. Navigate to the Pricing & Subscriptions page
2. Review available plans
3. Click "Choose This Plan" or "Subscribe" on your selected plan
4. You'll be redirected to the checkout page

From Dashboard

1. If you don't have a subscription, you'll see a subscription prompt
2. Click "Subscribe Now" or "View Plans"
3. Select a plan and proceed to checkout

Step-by-Step Payment Process

Step 1: Select Plan

1. Review each plan's features on the pricing page
2. Choose the appropriate plan for your needs
3. Select billing interval:
   • Monthly: Pay monthly
   • Quarterly: Pay every 3 months (may include discount)
   • Biannual: Pay every 6 months (may include discount)
   • Yearly: Pay annually (usually includes discount)
4. Click "Choose This Plan" or "Subscribe"

Step 2: Review Order Summary

After selecting a plan, you'll be redirected to the checkout page. Review:

• Plan Type: Selected plan name
• Billing Interval: Monthly, Quarterly, Biannual, or Yearly
• Plan Price: Base price before tax
• Tax: Tax amount (if applicable)
• Total Amount: Final amount to be paid
• Subscription Duration: How long the subscription will last

Step 3: Select Business

1. If you have multiple businesses, select the business for this subscription
2. The subscription will be linked to the selected business
3. If you only have one business, it will be selected automatically

Step 4: Choose Payment Method

Select your preferred payment method:

Credit Card Payment

1. Select "Credit Card" as payment method
2. Enter card details:
   • Card number
   • Expiry date
   • CVV
   • Cardholder name
3. The payment form is secure and encrypted

Bank Transfer Payment

1. Select "Bank Transfer" as payment method
2. Enter bank details:
   • Bank name
   • Account name
   • Account number
3. Upload payment receipt/document (PDF or image)
4. Click "Send" to submit

Step 5: Complete Payment

1. Review all information:
   • Plan details
   • Billing information
   • Payment method
   • Total amount
2. Agree to Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
3. Click "Complete Payment" or "Subscribe Now"

• Confirmation: Email notification upon verification

After Payment

Confirmation

After successful payment:

1. ✅ You'll receive a confirmation email
2. ✅ Subscription will be activated (may take 2-5 minutes)
3. ✅ You'll be redirected to subscription details page
4. ✅ Plan features will be immediately available

Accessing Subscription

• View subscription details from Subscriptions page
• Check subscription status and expiry date
• Download invoices and receipts
