Managing Subscription
Learn how to manage your subscription: upgrade, downgrade, cancel, and view subscription details.
Viewing Subscription Details
From Dashboard
- Navigate to Subscriptions from the business menu
- View all your subscriptions in a table
- Click on a subscription UUID to view details
- See subscription status, expiry date, and payment information
Subscription Information
Each subscription shows:
- Subscription ID: Unique identifier
- Plan Name: Current plan
- Status: Active, Pending, Expired, Canceled
- Payment Status: Paid or Unpaid
- Start Date: When subscription started
- Expiry Date: When subscription expires
- Trial End Date: End of trial period (if applicable)
- Total Amount: Amount paid
- Payment Method: How you paid
Upgrading Your Plan
When to Upgrade
Upgrade your plan when:
- ✅ You need more businesses
- ✅ You're reaching message limits
- ✅ You need advanced features
- ✅ You require better support
- ✅ Your business is growing
How to Upgrade
- Navigate to Pricing & Subscriptions page
- Review available plans
- Select a higher-tier plan
- Complete payment process
- Your plan will be upgraded immediately
Upgrade Timing: Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be charged the prorated difference for the remaining billing period.
Downgrading Your Plan
When to Downgrade
Downgrade your plan when:
- ✅ You're not using all features
- ✅ You want to reduce costs
- ✅ Your needs have decreased
- ✅ You want to switch to a lower tier
How to Downgrade
- Navigate to Pricing & Subscriptions page
- Select a lower-tier plan
- Complete payment process
- Downgrade takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle
Downgrade Timing: Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. You'll continue to have access to current plan features until then.
Canceling Subscription
When to Cancel
Cancel your subscription if:
- ✅ You no longer need the service
- ✅ You're switching to a different platform
- ✅ You want to pause your subscription
How to Cancel
- Navigate to Subscriptions page
- Find your active subscription
- Click on subscription details
- Look for "Cancel Subscription" option
- Confirm cancellation
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. No additional charges will be deducted. You'll retain access until the end of the current billing period.
Subscription Statuses
Active
- ✅ Subscription is active and working
- ✅ All features are available
- ✅ Payment is up to date
Pending
- ⏳ Payment is being processed
- ⏳ Subscription will activate once payment is confirmed
- ⏳ Usually takes 2-5 minutes
Expired
- ❌ Subscription has expired
- ❌ Features may be limited
- ❌ Renew or upgrade to reactivate
Canceled
- ❌ Subscription has been canceled
- ❌ Access continues until end of billing period
- ❌ Can be reactivated by subscribing again
Rejected
- ❌ Payment was rejected
- ❌ Subscription not activated
- Check payment method and try again
Billing Cycle
Understanding Billing
- Monthly: Charged every month
- Quarterly: Charged every 3 months
- Biannual: Charged every 6 months
- Yearly: Charged once per year
Changing Billing Cycle
- Wait for current cycle to end
- Select new billing interval when renewing
- Or upgrade/downgrade to change cycle
Important Notes
Upgrade/Downgrade: You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately for upgrades, and at the start of the next billing cycle for downgrades.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. No additional charges will be deducted. You'll retain access until the end of the current billing period.
Data Retention: Your data is retained even after cancellation. You can reactivate your subscription to regain access.
