Logging In

How to log in to your account

Logging In

After verifying your account, you can log in and start using the platform.

Make sure you've verified your account first before attempting to log in.

1. Accessing Login Page

  1. Navigate to the platform homepage
  2. Click the "Log In" or "Sign In" button

2. Entering Login Credentials

Fill in the following information:

  • Email Address: The email address you used during registration
  • Password: The password you created

Security: Make sure you're using the correct password. If you forgot it, use the "Forgot Password" option.

3. Logging In

  1. Review the entered information
  2. Click the "Log In" or "Sign In" button
  3. You'll be redirected to the main dashboard

Welcome! Login successful. You can now start using the platform.

Logging In with Google or Facebook

If you signed up with Google or Facebook:

  1. Click "Log In with Google" or "Log In with Facebook"
  2. You'll need to approve the login
  3. You'll be automatically redirected to the dashboard

Forgot Password

If you forgot your password:

Step 1: Request Reset

  1. On the login page, click "Forgot Password?"
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Click "Send"

Step 2: Receive Reset Email

  1. You'll receive an email
  2. Open the email and click the reset link

Important: The reset link is valid for 24 hours only.

Step 3: Set New Password

  1. Enter your new password
  2. Confirm the password
  3. Click "Save"

Done! You can now log in with your new password.

Important Notes

Account Security:

  • Don't share your login credentials with anyone
  • Use a strong, unique password
  • Log out from shared devices

Remember Me: You can enable "Remember Me" to automatically log in next time.

Troubleshooting

Issue: Cannot Log In

Solutions:

  1. Verify email and password are correct
  2. Check that the account is activated (email verified)
  3. Ensure Caps Lock is not enabled
  4. Try clearing cookies

Issue: Forgot Password

Solution: Use the "Forgot Password" option to reset it.

Issue: Didn't Receive Reset Email

Solutions:

  1. Check the spam folder
  2. Wait a few minutes
  3. Request resend
  4. Verify the email address is correct
